AbsoluteCalm: A Way to Deal With Nervous Customers?

People freak out about my job a lot and for various reasons. Some people don't like my pigeon sniping, and some people are convinced that pesticides diluted in hundreds of gallons of water are going to kill them on the spot. This is somewhat amusing when coming from people who you're not dealing with directly, but sometimes it comes from the clients themselves. It's an awful combination of their desire to be pest free mixed up with anxiety produced by negative hype, sensationalism, and outright propaganda about pesticides.
