The condo complex my place is nestled in has a laundry room available for we residents. Everything in there works and it's clean, so I've got no complaints about those things. The problems I have it with are that I have to walk from my place to the laundry room carrying a bunch of stuff and I need to make several trips to get my laundry done, and there are only a handful of washers and dryers for a complex of something like 80 apartment units. Days like yesterday when I walked in to find no machines available to me inspire me to explore alternatives.

For about $500, I can get a minaturized washer and dryer combo that I can install myself. So, here I am with yet another Forex project - I'll need to drum up about $370 and deposit it in my Forex account so that I can handle the purchase of these devices like I've done with everything else. No more trips to the laundry room and perhaps some enhanced home value. This will certainly be worth the effort.
