Umm.... hahahaha!
Besides the fact that this headline makes zero sense when it comes to government (esecially lib government), you know what this "restraint" is? It's spending less than what Obama promised to spend while campaigning, which is still more than current spending.
Translation: if you voted for this guy because you thought he would make all of your hopes and dreams come true, you're screwed; at the same time, if you voted against this guy because you thought he would make all of your nightmares come true... you might be right.
We'll see. Milhouse hasn't even been sworn in yet, but the disappointment on the left already seems to be setting in. Why are they not happy with Bill Clinton's third term?
