Media Blackout: The Growing States' Rights Movement

Unless you do a bit of reading online or listen to a few talk shows on satellite radio, I'm willing to bet that you have not heard of the growing states' rights movement. What is it? It is, presently, a reassertion by 21 state legislatures of state sovereignty under the 10th amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which states that unless a power is specifically authorized the Federal government by the Constitution, then the Federal government does not have and may not exercise said power. The major Federal usurpation of power on the radar right now is all of this bailout money that's being thrown around like confetti (which would be a fairly accurate description of the worth of the U.S. Dollar thanks to those clowns). Few understand and appreciate these days the fact that the Federal government was only ever intended to play a limited role in the governing of the states, which the lion's share of was to be carried out at the state level by the inhabitants of the several states themselves.

Now a movement is growing that is attempting to get us back to the Constitutional model that is being stolen from us. I have a link here for you that will give you the present state of this movement in one spot. The website, infowars.com, is sort of the "tinfoil hat" crowd kind of stuff in some ways, so understand that this isn't an endorsement of the site in general, but this particular page is very useful for keeping tabs on this important movement.

Infowars Resource Page: States' Rights and Sovereignty

You are not going to hear about this from the major media, which is almost 100% in the tank with the concept of centralized government control of our lives (if their guy is in office, which right now they've got). Learn about what is going on in your state in regard to this movement and get behind it. Call, write, email, and fax your representatives to your state legislature and tell them you want this to happen in your state. Your freedom is on the line.
