Will Obama Kill Payday Loans?

I've been following the propaganda news stories about the new "financial rules" that Emperor Obama and his marauding band of clowns are set to come out with. There isn't much to read about in these "articles" however as they're all just cheerleading puff pieces for the administration's aims. All I really know right now is that a new "protection" agency is on its way, and that when the government says "we're here to protect you," what they're really saying is "we're going to build a fence around your life and tell you where you can go."

So they're promising to change the way financial institutions both large and small do business. I'm guessing that some obvious big stuff will change, such as the creation of a central clearing house for credit default swaps, but I wonder if other things will be banned in the name of "protection," such as Secure Online Pay Day Loan services. Need quick cash for a car repair so you can continue going to work? The Obama may be about to tell you no "for your own good." How does that help?

I don't trust our government one bit, especially this one. I only see them raising the drawbridges of opportunity, making it harder - impossible, perhaps - for those of us trying to make our fortunes to actually do so. They've got theirs already and they couldn't care less if what they do ensures that you'll never get yours. In fact, that's probably what they want with all of this.
